Information submitted through the site

The event brief may include your name, company, phone number, email address, event details, timeframe, expected attendance, and free text. Providing information is voluntary, but we cannot respond without the fields marked as required.

How the information is used

We use submitted details to respond, contact you, prepare a relevant proposal, manage a business relationship, provide services, prevent misuse, secure the site, and meet legal requirements.

We do not use the details for advertising messages without the consent required by law. You may withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

Form delivery and storage

The event brief is processed through Netlify Forms, a technical service used to receive and manage submissions. Verified submissions are stored in the site administration area and may be sent through configured notifications. The information may also be retained in our email and work systems for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, manage the business relationship, and protect legal rights.

Please do not submit sensitive information that is not needed for the inquiry. We review stored submissions and may delete them when they are no longer required.

Service providers and legal disclosure

Information is shared only where needed with providers acting for us, such as hosting, form processing, email, and information security services, or where required by law, court order, protection of rights, or dispute handling. We do not sell personal information.

Technical information and cookies

The hosting provider may process technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, and log data. We currently do not run advertising tools, Meta Pixel or Google Analytics. If non-essential tools are added, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated.

If you pause motion using the control in the site header, that choice is stored in your own browser so the site can respect it on your next visit. It is not sent to us, is not used to identify you, and clearing your browser storage removes it.

Security, access, correction, and deletion

We use reasonable and commonly accepted safeguards, but no system can guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access.
